Ruthy's BBQ and Teaching
Mood:  happy
Went to Ruthy's last sat, which was wicked, we went to the Faversham hop festival which was interesting - I never realised how many different kinds of morris dancers there are!! it was a really lovely day and I got to meet some of her and 's friends, which was cool!! also got to savour some of the delights of faversham brewed beer - which were not bad but I'm not really a beer kid-of-girl!! in the evening we went back to hers for a and drinks, and more people arrived and we had a laugh - me and disgraced ourselves playing pool, and both ate and drank a lot!! Poor got very drunk, showered himself fully clothed and then spent the rest of the evening puking - bless poor 's for having to clear up/sort him out. It was a wicked evening tho!! and I were snoring buddies again (in the tent in the garden) and he decided to show me he could be masculine by farting, however this was followed by me throwing a handful of wet grass at him and him squeal 'er what is it? get it off, get it off!' - yeah really manly! Hehe!!
then I spent all of this week in school - a very funny experience, some of the children were really backward - I particularly enjoyed some of the answer of the science test they were as follows...
1) Name something made of wood
answer - plastic!!!
2)I am made of metal, I have a lid and a plastic handle, you use me to cook food..
answer - a spanner!!
It's quite worrying really!!!
I went to see Chiara yesterday in - really good to catch up. we went to the Dungeons, a random seafood fair and market. The were excellent, there were some really creep bits especially the crypt section - they had built an area in the style of a crypt and used mirrors to disorientate you and make it look bigger (which was very funny when people walked into them!!) and they had people jump out on you!!
After coming out form the dungeons we went in search of food and stumbled upon a seafood fair, we were very brave and tried squid (not bad, but has a weird texture), mussels (not bad, rather like tuna but fishier) and an oyster (non-descript really, rather like swallowing a mouthful of phlegm which taste like the sea smells). Personally I think in order for oysters to take effect as an aphrodisiac you must have to eat about a dozen, because I didn't feel in the least bit randy!! and to finish off the day we went to and did the usual wander to look at random and funky things ... followed by the purchase of the hugest, most sickly donuts EVER! they were so huge we had to hide under a bridge to eat them coz we got in such a mess. Chiara had a chocolate topped, custard filled banana flavour one and I had an apple and cream one - however we were both defeated by their mahoosiveness!!! (made that one up myself)
I think that'll do - I've rambled on for long enough!!

Mood:  bright
just come back from my holiday in the north yorkshire moors - not the most exciting trip but hey!! actually being on holiday with your parents is even worse than being at home, because there is NOWHERE to escape to!! and i had to share a room with matt - the boy is a skank!! - he scratches his bollox and then rubs his hands round your face coz he thinks it funny - yuk! yuk! yuk!
Ah well could have been worse i suppose!!
Matt's not in my parent's good books at the mo coz he failed most of his AS's - he got a D in IT and and E in General Studies - Oops!! He's adamant he's not going back to school but mum has other ideas!!
I've not really got much to write - other than i am NO LONGER ON THE DOLE! actually i never was - after doing all the form filling and spending half my life in a scabby jobcentre i was turned down for financial support because i hadn't paid enough national insurance (?!)..now correct me if i am wrong but is that not due to the fact that i don't have a job? - madness!!

Just for Chiara (
Mood:  smelly
Hehe - i'm only smelly coz it is half 1 and i'm still in my pjs - but no-one else is at home so it doesn't matter, oh the fun of being unemployed....i discovered that the less i do the more apathetic i become, to the point that i can't even be bothered to write in my blog - chiara did point out to me that as i have all the time in the world, i could at least try and keep it up to date - sorry!!

I've had a fairly eventful week, possibly the most exciting so far - but then that's not difficult!! I went to the old man pub (the ash Tree) on wednesday, had to giggle at one of my friends, after getting very drunk on a night out she can't remember whether or not she kissed her cousins fiance!!-sort of thing u think u'd remember really! :oP

On friday i was very brave and ventured to Gillingham (!) to have my haircut - my mum had booked it for me so i hadn't seen what the salon was like, and it was only costing #10-#15. When I mentioned it to Chiara, she did warn me that i would probably get a bowl dumped on my head and the hair hacked off with a knife....fortunately that didn't happen - i'm very surprised but the salon was really nice, I'm pleased with my new 'do' and my hairdresser was only 21 and really chatty and gave me tips on where i should and (definately) should not go out in the medway towns. Basically her advice was steer clear of medway completely and go to maidstone or ashford!!!!LOL. Also whilst in Gillingham i got accosted by a charity man - u know the ones with clip boards that try to sign u up for monthy payments by sending u on a guilt trip. Well it worked, (chiara where are u to drag me away from these people when i need u?!)I explained that i was a student and could afford it but he told me i wouldn't even miss #1.25 a week, which made me feel really guilty, so i gave in - anything for an easy life!!! Trouble is i don't really want to suport this charity, i think there are far more worthwhile causes out there! - oh well i'll know for next time!

Saturday was also quite a busy day, i met Harriet in Covent Garden, had a wander, did some window shopping ate some lunch and we moaned at each other a lot - mainly about how all men are bastards, went to leister square where it rained, so we had a cup of posh coffee in starbucks - it was really nice to catch up and hear about her job as an au pair. She said her kids are easily entertained...the other day after puting the washing in the machine, both girls pulled up chairs and sat and watched it for ages making up some story about how they were at the cinema.....hmmm possibly not the most excitng film tho!! Oh and i saw kate and mie in the evening and we watched wimbledon - not sure whether i like Paul Bettany or not...maybe its because he's verging on being ginger?

I thing for comedy value Sunday has to be my favourite day since leaving uni. I went to my cousin's daughter's christeneing, but we drew the short straw and ended up taking Grandma...bless her heart but the woman is about a hamper-full of food short than a picnic. When we got to her house she wasn't ready so we ended up 15mins late for the church service, and then when we got there it took nearly another 20mins to get her in the revolving door - the problem was u couldn't fit the wheelchair and someone pushing it in the door at the same time. In the end we had to send her throught by herself!! Then part way through she asked if the baby was coloured!-really how does her mind work, surely she must realise that spencer (her grandson) and his wife sara are both white...unless sara has been havin it away with the milkman it's highly unlike the baby is going to be black!!! she then spent the rest of the day looking for little paul..."well u know how he likes his trains, he's not a bad kid but he does go on a bit, where is he anyway, i was hoping i'd see him i need to talk to him..blah, blah" - I was also asked how my cycling was going and if i'd won anything recently...oh u know just the tour de france - you have to giggle really especially when she starts to stroke your hand bag and tries to feed it a sandwich!!! LOL

And on that note i'm going to stop rabbiting and go and get some lunch.

Mood:  not sure
hehe had a driving lesson yesterday, i was shite, stalled about 7 times and drove on the curb - oops! was quite fun though!I think it will take a LOT of lessons for me to perfect the art!! Then this morning my mum took me out car hunting - she found 1 she really liked...it was only #1300!!! I did have to point out that i have a grand total of minus #300 in my account and wouldn't be buying it today!
Not really been up to much else, my brother passed his driving test, so he has taken me on a couple of 'drives', i went to Margate to go to the primark with kate, amie and hannah, and also saw chrlie and the choc factory - not overly impressed, but loved jonny depp in it - fantastic!
Still no job lined up - which is crap, but tomorrow i get to have an interview at the jobcentre - yay!
On the living at home front, its getting worse...apparrently i'm annoyin and my family's fed up with me...maybe some truth in that but i get bored! My brother and i had an arguement, and he told me that since i've been to uni i've beecome a dick who always thinks i'm right, to which i replied 'no ur just always wrong' - don't think that help really, but hey!! - and then my mum sides with him! Never mind he's going away to gibralter for the week so i'll get rid of him for a while at least!!!
Anyway thats all for now, must go coz i'm chattin to peter on msn and i'm gettin confused!! (its easily done!)

Life at home
Mood:  don't ask
I have decded i need to win the lottery! I don't need to win the jackpot, just enought to buy a house and live until i am working!! That way i can move out from home!Living back with my rents is driving me CRAZY! GRR!
At least i have friends to stop me from going insane! I visited Chiara last Thurs, Very jealous becoz she's managed to avoid her rents! It was nice to go and be able to do stuf without being questioned about where i was going, with whom, what time would i be back and did i have enought money? (no to the last question. I'm not sure how my mum thinks i lived for the last 3 years!! Anyway, it was really cool seeing Ciz, we went to Nandos and had the usual and then went to Grenwich in the afternoon. I'd been before on a school trip, but only been to the observatory, this time i went to a funky pub and then had the yummiest ice cream whilst looking across the Thames to the docklands!!
Thankfully I also have Mikey, he took me to the Blues Rock club in Gillingham. I'd never been before, but i must admit it was really good - wasn't expecting that in Gillingham. I met some of his friends, including one who had tried to bed him - apparently she 'liked the challenge' hehe! Then went out in Canterbury Sat night with my cousin, went to a really nice bar called Tonic and got chatted up by a guy who had a flower in his drink, but didn't get to talk long cz we moved on to Chicagos. Had a fab night, much better than last time, but would have liked to dance more. Then sunday night met up with Ruthy and Steven. Poor Ruthy's having an even worse time at home coz here parents hate her boyf and told her she was wasting her life with him! How Rude!! Still we had a wicked evenin gatecrashing her sisters 18th bday party in a marquee in the pouring rain - fantastic fun!!! Especially as it was a Grease theme and we were the only ones who had made a real effort to dress up - much drunkeness commenced and there are some incriminating photos of ruthy and mikey and some of them pole dancing!! They oly thing is in order for my dad to come and get us i had to bargain and now i have to decorate the kitchen - oh well, it was worth it! (",)
